So Far So good
Everything is working so far. Email rates are good, but I have only used it for 2 days. But so far, I love it.
What I love:
+ Inbox
+ Workspaces
What I wish:
- API options to connect it with our CRM
- I would love to answer directly from the Inbox; that would be such a game changer.
Something that was new for me was the pre-Scheduling. That's something that could be better explained or I was not aware of it. Here is why I kept my daily limits low because I tested new emails and thought I can increase them over time and I thought that it will dynamically change. But because every email is already pre-scheduled, now some of my mails are scheduled in 1 year and I cannot change anything anymore.
A little workaround would be really to start with a small campaign first, upload a small list. Then increase the Daily send per email address and then upload the normal/bigger campaign with increased Daily limits for each mail address.
