Used to work - Really Buggy Now

Purchased Sendr on their first time on here. It worked well for a while, but now with their newest updates it's constantly having issues now. When I try to run any actions, it starts then fails immediately, it just doesn't work. Contacted customer support last week to try and get issue resolved. It took two days to get a response, over three days to finally get it resolved. I used the platform once since fix and it worked fine. Second time I tried to use it, broke again with same issue. Reached out to support again - still waiting....

Disappointing Dubbing Quality and Post-Purchase Support

I purchased Sendr primarily because I was looking for a useful tool to automate the dubbing of first names for my online shop. This was a crucial feature for my workflow, but unfortunately, the software completely failed to deliver on its promises.

Here are the main issues I encountered that make this tool unusable for me:

==> Terrible Dubbing Quality: The quality degradation after using the dubbing mode is glaringly obvious. Even when starting with a crisp high-definition 1080p video, the final result is extremely poor. The entire mouth area becomes completely blurry and out of focus. It looks highly unnatural, and your viewers can immediately tell that the video is not original and has been artificially manipulated.

==> Unreliable Customer Support: The customer service experience feels like a bait-and-switch. The support team is fast, responsive, and incredibly friendly before you make the purchase. However, once you become a paying customer, you are left waiting a very long time when you have urgent support requests. They promise to help you, but ultimately, you are just left out in the cold without any actual resolution.

Because of the terrible video output quality, this tool is completely useless for my business needs and brings me absolutely zero value. I am giving it 2 Tacos strictly because the poor visual quality makes it completely unusable for any professional purpose. I cannot recommend it in its current state.

The CS you're seeing here on sumo is the CS I'm getting behind the curtain as well. They are actually listening to and addressing concerns behind the scenes, as well.

Sendr's customer service team is unmatched. They reply within 24 hours, which has been a nice surprise.

Their sequencer and campaigns, once explained, is useful and helpful for managing leads but difficult to understand within the automation builder itself. Would love to hand the setup to a co-pilot built within the platform to manage and monitor that (if not API access for external agents to take the wheel).

There are still some bugs (at least one bug pops up per session), which is why I can't give it 5 stars.

As I understand it, Channels play a huge role in ease of use, that I currently cannot experience due to it not being plan. As they build more connections between Sendr and external platforms like Pabbly or Zapier, etc, this might change.

Overall, my previous review was based on lack of understanding, not the platform abilities.

They are growing and it shows. I'm sticking around with hopes that they don't hide their growth behind a subscription paywall a year from now.

This team has my trust, which I don't give out to platforms that come through Sumo. They've done everything in their power, so far, to keep the user happy and excited about what is and what will come.

I'm not easy to impress so my 3 stars equate to a 5 star review. They'd have to do something off the charts (turning Sendr into a super agent or something) to get more than that.

Sendr keeps innovating and making it about the customer, love it!

I don't normally leave reviews here but Sendr has been great for me. Why?

1. They keep innovating and adding features, I don't see many other companies that I bought through appsumo doing it at the level they do.
2. The founders are in the community and communicate with us. In fact, yesterday, I was on a call with Fernando (one of the people who are on their team) and the guy was amazing, giving insights into how I can use the "Sequencer" (that along is worth the price of admission) and offered to help me set it up. In fact, he gave a hint of what might be coming soon and wow, I can't wait.
3. I've setup 2 different pages so far and it's been a very simple process. Got confused about the sequencer but it's getting easier now, after my meeting.
4. The list building/finder B2B/B2C of 520M rocks! Saved me $ on appollo and other tools and I haven't fully used it yet.
