I've known these guys for quite some time even before they were called Sendr and I can't recommend this platform highly enough. It is one of those unicorns that everyone should have if they are serious about outbound (Or even inbound) marketing and building relationships with clients quicker than anyone else! Seriously, if you're on the fence, leap. You won't regret it. Thanks John and Dave for continuing to push the envelope 👊🏻

Sendr is different (.)

It's one single platform that helped me stop sending out hundreds of generic emails and start having actual conversations. The whole process is surprisingly simple. I can pull a list of prospects from LinkedIn, and just a few minutes later, have a clean, custom landing page ready for each person.
Then comes Sendr's main feature., I just record one main video, and Sendr's AI automatically personalizes the introduction for every single contact. It's the kind of thing that makes people stop and actually listen.

And the best part? It's working.
My reply rates have shot up, and I booked around 7 meetings and closed 2 deals. The outreach feels personal because it is personal, and people respond to that.

The team is super responsive too! They listened and added the Lip Sync, and many more intuitive changes here and there based on feedbacks as well.

I’m really glad I gave sendr.io another try, because the team has been incredibly responsive. Everything I mentioned in my initial review was taken seriously by support and some of the improvements have already been implemented. That makes a huge difference for the overall experience.

Now I can add and manage contacts much more smoothly, and searching/filtering works in a way that actually helps instead of slowing me down. The platform just feels easier to use from the very first interaction.

One of the highlights for me remains the “Edit media” and “Add or Edit Magic” feature in the video editor, which allows for dynamic personalization inside the videos. Combined with the ongoing fixes, it’s a very powerful package. I also see that the promised Lipsync credits are now available, and having access to this feature unlocks the true potential of sendr.io.

The provider clearly listens to feedback, and with the improvements rolling in so quickly, I decided not only to keep my deal but to upgrade to Tier 4. That says a lot about the confidence I now have in the product.

Overall, sendr.io is shaping up to be a truly exciting and versatile tool. With the way the team continues to improve things, I’m confident it will only get better from here. For me, it’s an easy 5 tacos.

A Powerful Tool with a Critical Missing Piece
My team and I purchased Sendr on AppSumo about two weeks ago, and I can say that we are genuinely impressed and satisfied with its core performance. The promise of this tool is a powerful one, and in terms of its functionality and feature set, it absolutely delivers. From what we've seen, it's a robust platform that handles everything it's designed to do with remarkable efficiency and speed. The workflow is intuitive, the features feel well-integrated, and we've already started to see some incredible results from our initial campaigns. It feels like a hidden gem, and we were thrilled with the potential it holds for our business.

However, and this is the most critical part of our experience so far, the tool is let down by a massive and glaring area of opportunity: the lack of comprehensive training. While the software itself is a marvel, the learning curve is incredibly steep due to the almost non-existent training materials. When we first started, we were actively searching for guidance, but all we could find were two YouTube videos from two different content creators. This is simply not enough for a tool with so many powerful features and nuances. We felt like we were fumbling in the dark, trying to figure out best practices and optimal strategies on our own.

This lack of guidance wasn't just a minor inconvenience; it had a direct and costly impact on our usage. We had signed up for the Tier 4 plan, which comes with a significant amount of credits, but because we didn't have the proper training to use the tool strategically, we ended up burning through all of our credits. We simply didn't know the most effective ways to utilize the platform to conserve our monthly allocation. Had there been more detailed, step-by-step training videos—perhaps an official video library from the developers themselves—we would have been able to make much more informed decisions, utilize our monthly credits carefully, and get far more long-term value from our investment.

In conclusion, Sendr is a fantastic piece of software with incredible potential. The performance is top-notch, and we're very satisfied with the results it can produce. But as a new user, the lack of official training is a significant bottleneck. It's the one thing that prevents a truly amazing product from being a perfect one. For the developers, a dedicated investment in creating a robust library of training videos would not only help users avoid wasting credits but would also unlock the full power of the platform, turning satisfied customers into long-term evangelists. We highly recommend the product, but with a strong caveat: be prepared to learn on your own, and cross your fingers that more training is on the way.

I’ve used tools like Sendspark, Clay, and Apollo before, and Sendr feels like all of those rolled into one. The fact that video and voice outreach is at the core is a game-changer. As someone who’s been doing cold outreach for years, this is exactly the kind of tool that helps break through the noise and stand out.

On top of that, the founding team are fantastic, super helpful, responsive, and clearly committed to making this the best tool it can be. Excited to see how Sendr continues to grow!
