Promessing but far from enough
This solution is quite good and holds promising potential for the future, but some current limitations are too significant to make it a truly interesting SaaS.
1) For example, the inability to manually modify contact lists is very limiting, especially in relation to point 2.
2) The inability to perform certain actions if specific information, almost impossible to find with the tool due to significant bugs, but easy to identify manually, is not present. For instance, it struggles to find the company name even when it's mentioned in the lead's title. This is frustrating because without it, finding the email becomes impossible...
It doesn't make sense.

Thanks for the review and feedback. It sounds like you're running in to some aspects of the data studio which are in scope to add very soon, including inline cell editing (imminent).
Our significant focus since raise has been on building out the dynamic video and audio features - and our incredible personalised lipsync videos which have been in R&D for around 9 months and launched this week - as well as the no code dynamic page builder, chrome extension (Loom and beyond) and API.
Meanwhile we have a very exciting roadmap planned for the data studio, including expanding SendrAI to include webscraping (similar to Claygent), and adding c. 200m contact records directly within Sendr for users to filter and utilise in campaign builds. So watch this space and appreciate the feedback on those usability aspects of the table.
