Sendr charges credits to deliver public data

The founder of this app's mindset is to make a profit at any cost.
Proof of this is that he charges credits to deliver public data.

So, if you want to enrich a simple lead list with public emails using SendR, it will cost credits.

The founder obtains public data for free from LinkedIn and charges his users to deliver it.

Any other lead scraping app doesn't charge for delivering public data.
But SendR does!
And it's not cheap!

We know this mindset isn't sustainable and that an app that does this won't survive long in the market, as it charges to deliver something its competitors provide for free.

Thanks for the message but it would be good to understand the motivations for this review - you are welcome to reach out directly to understand our Lead Finder database, our motivations as founders and the significant value we are driving for users - both now and as we deliver on the incredible roadmap ahead and ship value at speed.

On the data set in particular, we are providing a 479m+ B2B contact database to users which is:

- Fresh every 30 days for every contact
- Has triple validated email addresses which enables sub <1% bounce rates in campaigns
- Deep coverage in global markets from US/UK/Europe to Singapore, Brazil and beyond

All of this comes at a cost at the scale we are delivering at, so it would be good to understand how you would deliver the above without covering costs?

This data set is also used in couple of major competitor platforms so you can understand the value we are offering here to Sumolings, and the value of a dataset such as this to run effectively campaigns in outreach given the importance of good deliverability.

Whilst on our motivations, having been in martech for 20 years (with roles at companies like Google and Optimizely), I am fully aware of the importance of driving value for our customers as our primary goal - inspired by books like Obliquity - to build a longterm, sustainable company. Our vision is to build a generational GTM business which combines multiple major competitors in to one platform, to enable seamless, powerful outreach, marketing and sales engagement for our user base with the same credits we've been offering to Sumolings on a perpetual lifetime basis. i.e. We intend to make this one of the highest value LTDs for backers ever run on Appsumo.

And from some of the most cost effective personalised lipsync videos available anywhere globally, to our webscraping SendrAI prompts where to maintain a simple 1 credit approach we often are running at cost on some prompts, we look to be incredibly fair in our cost modelling.
