Used to work - Really Buggy Now
Purchased Sendr on their first time on here. It worked well for a while, but now with their newest updates it's constantly having issues now. When I try to run any actions, it starts then fails immediately, it just doesn't work. Contacted customer support last week to try and get issue resolved. It took two days to get a response, over three days to finally get it resolved. I used the platform once since fix and it worked fine. Second time I tried to use it, broke again with same issue. Reached out to support again - still waiting....

Good to connect. Would you be available for a call today? We upgraded server infra yesterday given the increasing volume of users so not sure if you experienced any bugs as a result of that - I'm aware there were some extended processing times during the migration which has completed. I've logged in to your workspace and I'm seeing multiple campaigns in draft stage so would be keen to understand if you have set these live to run or are processing columns in the data studio?
