Senseily has a super clean, simple UI. Very easy to navigate, set up, use etc. The higher the plan, you can customise branding.
Once this app is fully fledged, it will be a powerhouse of an LMS worth more than 5 tacos - it ALREADY has this potential, the potential just needs to be a reality now.
And this is the current sticking point; it's still at "potential" stage. It's not fully fledged.
What I mean by this is that there are many features missing / in build stage / in planning stages / under review.
Many are basic level features which should have already been a part of the current live system. Features such as; - PayPal integration (currently just Stripe and Apple Pay) - Zapier integration - Instalment payment plan options - Subscription payment options - Reporting - Mailerlite integration - GDPR compliance (perhaps less "basic" yet a mandatory requirement for many) - Message students from within the LMS
I'm a little lost as to how the above features aren't a part of the current system. In comparison to other LMS' out there, these are already basic level features.
The other sticking point is the super slow system development progress, which leads to little-to-no communicated updates, unless chased.
Some features should have been released in April, or July and now we're halfway through August and still, they're incomplete. For business owners, it's not feasible for us to keep waiting on features which hold back our launches, make us have to find workarounds or even lose customers.
When checking the roadmap, it seems the basic features were not prioritised as highly as the "nice to have's" which are currently in progress/almost complete.
I really want to keep this LMS; I've trialled out MANY in the market and this one is the better one. I missed out on another LTD closely better, messy UI, yet a fully fledged system than Senseily, but now they have a $99p/m subscription so that's out of the running for me but I may have to get a refund on this and maybe check later to see if the deal still exists, I'm not sure yet, I have a few weeks to decide but progress needs to speed up significantly, patience is wearing incredibly thin now.
I honestly hope Senseily delivers because once it does, it will be one powerhouse of a system.
Senseily does the essentials but does it pretty well. After having it for several months here is what I can say: - The products offered (courses/ 1 on 1 / Webinars) and coupons are the minimum to be able to set up a school. - The Admin interface is rather successful. - The UI on the student-side course part is also successful. I really like the side bar with a list of courses. - The videos are protected via vimeo.
However:
- The roadmap is not progressing. I'm still waiting for the page builder. - School home page UI is curcial. But currently since it's not really customizable, that's no way. I have a showcase website for my school (elsewhere), so I just wanted to redirect my students to the senseily authentication page. Unfortunately, on the login page, you cannot register. Suddenly, the students who go on it and who are not registered are blocked, they cannot register and I lose a student :( - Many comfortable features are missing: no management of sending emails to students when they register / end of course etc. no certificate etc. Nothing important, but we come back to the fact that the roadmap is progressing not. So it's worrying. - Senseily is much more expensive than the other deals and therefore the offer is not better (see missing element). The price/quality ratio is therefore debatable.It's my opinion.

First, I want to apologize for the delay in the roadmap. The codebase grew a lot since the last year and we had to slow down the development speed to ensure quality and reduce bugs.
Secondly, I'm happy to say that the page builder is going to be live this month. Also, other features such as the API, subscriptions, installment payments and completion certificates are...
Very promising platform with excellent features. The negative (and critical) points are the lack of support and the delay in releasing the updates that are foreseen in the roadmap, such as integration with zapier.
