A: That's a great suggestion - and something we'd definitely like to include in the plugin. While it may be a bit tricky to implement for more advanced page builders, we do believe it's possible to create a "burn the link" feature for standard posts and pages. This would let you permanently insert the links into the content, so they remain even if the plugin is deactivated.
