Can you please provide an overview of the "SEO Content Machine?" Like a typical workflow and how to use different features. I understand that if I use my OpenAI API key, I can have unlimited AI usage. Beyond that, do I need to plug in other paid services? What are those services? Please help me make a decision.

You have everything you need in the Tier 1 to get started making content. No other services needed.
Once you get comfortable with the basic operations then you might want to reach out with other services to help fill in gaps with your workflow.
eg translators, captcha breaker, pexels api, proxy

Also, please create a video explaining clearly each function and the use case with an example. For example, it took me a while to know that the "Article Writer" is a bulk article writer. It becomes difficult if you don't understand a term, phrase, or word.
