For example, can we import a custom list of words commonly found in AI articles that may indicate AI bias? Also, is there a custom prompt feature available? This would allow me to preset the identity of several brands in the text.

There is no sort of filtering when using AI writer.
It might be possible to add a feature where a regex find replace runs over the output of the ai writer to clean up any words you don't want.
