Thank you for reaching out.
1) Making SEO Generator (partially) work with Divi, didn't take much from our site. So, we expect that the release of Divi 5 will not affect the compatibility. But we'll probably be testing this for ourselves some time after Divi 5 is released.
At this point, you can use most of the page builder block. In some blocks, like buttons, the placeholders – [search_term] and [location] – will not work.
We've created a manual on our website about using SEO Generator with Divi:

Just to be sure, you can use Divi from within a SEO Generator page, but you can't use the placeholders / shortcodes in other pages or posts you create with Divi. The SEO Generator shortcodes only work with SEO Pages.
2) We've tested SEO Generator with Yoast and RankMath. We haven't tested compatibility with Squirrly SEO, yet. But more than a few of our clients did so and claim that is works (you can read about it in the Questions section on AppSumo).
