Q: Are you spinning all the text or just changing the keywords/locations?
Is it possible to spin the images also, I know you mentioned changing the ALT text, but I would also like variations on images.

At this point, we're only 'spinning' (nice term, by the way😎) the keywords and locations, not the images. We're replacing the two shortcodes for keywords (or keyphrases) and locations, with the lists of keywords and locations you enter.
Randomly varying images would not increase the number of generated pages, of course. But it could make the content 'less duplicated' in the eyes of the search engines. Is that what you're aiming for?
To be sure, besides the featured image you can also add extra images in the text editor, of course.
