SEO Generator uses the regular content area with the default What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get-editor (WYSIWYG) within WordPress for maximum flexibility. This means that you can add e.g. images, video's links or buttons in the content. So, you'll probably be able to add in an iframe as well.

But, this will be content for all the SEO pages generated. So it won't be unique, in the sense that you can match iframes with keywords or locations.
