Q: Using the SEO Generator- for wordpress personal
Can this plugin be added to a personal account or must it be premium for the plugin to be allowed to work?

es, you can install the plugin on a WordPress.com Personal plan by uploading the ZIP file via Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. A Premium or Business plan is not required for plugin installation anymore.
