Iness, if you are open to some constructive advice, I'd love to offer you some.
First, I have Website Auditor from when you offered it on AS a while back and it's pretty amazing. I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to get off of Screaming Frog - but you proved me wrong. So, big fan of your products.
I think offering a year of free SEO Spyglass is really generous. While most are going to ask you for a LTD, which may not sit well with your team. Perhaps you could offer a deep discount on an annual package to create the path to MRR while staying in the spirit of AppSumo. It may not be optimal but given the community this is in, it likely makes more sense.
