The last week it's been pretty terrible. I love this tool for the price we paid, but if they can't make it work and have a reasonable speed, there are going to be a lot of canceled orders. At this point it's not useable. I hope they can actually afford to keep up with the new customers.
Good morning dear Manuel and Rich. Thank you so much for your comments and my sincere apologies. Last week has been terrible with server issues. Finally, we have found a solution and now dashboard, annotations and most of the other pages load pretty fast. However, we keep working hard to add better technology and be able to improve every day.
Your words and patience mean a TON for us and we are really grateful.
I would be so grateful if you could double check and in case of issues send me please the url of the project and the page affected.
