Q: when I pressed on redeem, I was logged in with another account, which i used to test the product before buying.
Now I can't redeem anymore and I don't have access. Help much appreciated.

May 15, 2024A: Sure, no worries :) This is a common issue. Could you please email us at [email protected]? We will solve you asap. Normally, we solve it removing the test account or changing the email for a few minutes so you can redeem the Appsumo code.
