Q: Why you have changed my account to "Trial"?
Why you have changed my account to trial and not responding to my issue through your support?
You have done this right after 12 months period has passed.
Please clarify this before I lodge a fraud complain against you in your native country.

Once you purchase an AppSumo subscription of SEOcrawl, you get a certain amount of limits (x amount of clicks, GA4 sessions...). If you overpass this, your account is paused, you get an email notice asking to remove some projects to return to the correct quota and then, IF YOU DO NOT TAKE ACTION, your project is removed and your account is changed to "free". This does not mean that you lose your Appsumo subscription. It is simply a protection system of our databases. Once you reach us, we return the lifetime license and then you can start using it again.
We help every single customer that reaches to us with the maximum devotion and this is what we will keep doing in the next years.

I paid you for highest Tier 4 with 10 million clicks.
My account have not even crossed 1000 clicks when I have 10 millions of clicks + 1mil sessions according to what I have paid and we got into a contract which you have breached.
I want you to tell me what limits I have crossed and why you are stating "untrue" things?
You have breached consumer contract we both entered according to EU law.
