I purchased SEODITY Tier 5 through AppSumo in October 2022. Initially, the platform worked quite well and showed real promise, particularly for SEO analysis and rank tracking.

However, for at least the past year, the tool has become largely unusable. All historical data in the rank tracker disappeared, and the entire keyword research section stopped working. No matter which keyword I enter, SEODITY always returns the same message:

No search results
Unfortunately, we didn't find anything.
The most common reasons for lack of results:
Too many filters. Remove some filters to show more results.
New website. If your website is new we may not have enough data yet.

This happens regardless of the keyword, competitiveness, or search volume. I am not using any filters at all, and the domains I tested are well-established websites with several years of history, not new sites.

Additionally, all rank-tracking data disappeared without explanation, which makes it impossible to evaluate long-term performance or trends—one of the most important aspects of any SEO tool.

I have sent multiple messages to support over a long period of time and have never received a response. At one point, I even assumed the product had been discontinued.

Since SEODITY is still being marketed and sold, publishing this review is unfortunately the only option left to communicate these issues.

It’s disappointing, because SEODITY started strong and had a lot of potential. I hope the team addresses these problems and improves communication with users.
