A: Hello,

The keyword research feature is unlimited — it doesn’t cost any credits.
However, if you want to cluster the keywords (group them by search intent), it costs 4 credits per 1,000 keywords.

Clustering helps you avoid keyword cannibalization.

For example, the following keywords would be grouped together:

google advertising cost
google ads cost
google ads pricing
google advertising price
google paid search cost
google adwords cost

Because you only need to create one piece of content to rank for all of them.

In the end, this feature helps you turn a raw keyword list into a clear content plan.

Thanks for the reply.
Is it possible to research the keywords that are ranking well from competitors' domains and URLs?

So if I understand right, creating a page with +5000 words is 2 credits but clustering 10 Keywords (if I don't have any more) is 4 credits?

If you only have 10 keywords, this feature might not be very useful.

The main use case is when you have hundreds or thousands of keywords (for example, from a competitor) and you want to cluster them to determine how many pieces of content you need to create in order to rank for all of them.
