The platform is unreliable — the dashboard often fails to load, and now all the articles I generated over the past few months have disappeared without any prior notice. When I reached out, support simply replied, “I see, for free users the data is not saved forever,” which was neither helpful nor reassuring. (I am tier 2 LTD user)

As for the output, it’s decent in parts, but rarely usable as-is since I often disagree with the points it produces. I mainly keep drafts to see if there are unique angles other AI copywriters haven’t considered, and in that sense it has some value.

However, with recurring loading issues, the sudden loss of past posts (my last article was on November 8), and slow, dismissive support responses, the overall experience has gone from not so good to unacceptable. I cannot recommend this platform.
