Hello @techieuser, As we repeatedly mentioning Serpple stopped the LTD and as per AppSumo terms, we have stopped the redeem option. There is no option to redeem the code in Serpple anymore. Even if we found your purchase is genuine, we are helpless. So please understand the situation.
