Q: I purchased 3 teirs of Serpple on May 12, 2023 and when trying to register and redeeming the product, I never received the confirmation email.

If I go to forgot password, it tell me my email doesn't exist and if I try to redeem my coupon again, it tells me my email address has already been used.

I have sent no less than 5 emails to [email protected] and as of this writing have not received a response.

At this point I do not know what else I can do other than request a refund, which I really do not want to do, but may not have any other recourse. Hopefully you monitor this area and will respond.

A: Hi

Can you please try registering with different email address? We found a log that our current email service provider has some condition which might be blocking the email transaction. So please try to use different email and if you still have any problem please contact us. Actually we tried to send email replies which are all bounced back to us.

I have tried 3 of my different companies branded emails, all seasoned and over 10 years old and received no email confirmation. Yet you were able to respond to me at one of those emailaddresses. You said you were having issues your current email service provider, may I offer you a suggestion? Get rid of them Yesterday!!!
I finally resulted to one of our GMail accounts and I have finally accessed your platform, but now if you send any information regarding Serpple to that address, it may be weeks before I ever see them as we only use GMail to sign up for SM accounts.
