Q: Keyword Rank position not showing the position

Keyword position is not showing if its ranking greater the 10th rank. its showing >100 for all keywords.

There is no proper support email or contact in this website

Hey guys, So with recent update Google removed num100 parameter and therefore tracking tools like Serpple show rankings only for the first page of Google. Do you guys plan to tackle this?

Hi, I purchased Serpple some days ago and getting into it, have a very positive impression of keyword research and ranking analysis features. Now I ran into an issue with keyword research in German language. I only find "Report Bug" - what I don't think is right. >>> Where can I open support requests? Don't find it.
