Q: Disappointed with the redemption I was trying to write a review on SerpStat and thus bought a license while ...

keeping my original 2017 SerpStat account open. But instead of asking me for my email address (to open a new account), SerpStat just overwrites my 2017 account.

And then I'm told to:
1) refund the code
2) buy a new code
3) write a review on G2

before getting my old lifetime SerpStat account back. And though there were 789 licenses a few hours back (like 6 hours), they were all miraculously sold out when I woke up! :o

So yes Eugene, what can I now do? I still want to have a second account :(

Hi Eugene, it hasn't. I've refunded SerpStat 2018 as your staff refused to create a new SerpStat account for my 2018 license.

And after refunding, my API keys/month remained at 1000/month, instead of 10,000/month.
