As a beginner at SEO, I've always wanted to take any low-cost opportunity to learn and develop myself in this area. Serpstat I think offers that option for me without having to pay for Ahref ($99 Month) or SEMrush ($99.95 Month) since I am a small business owner.

That is why this deal has been a conundrum for me. For me, in many cases customers support and the product goes hand in hand, but I will always priorities the product overall. At first, I disliked the way old sumlings were treated but in hindsight I could also understand the points Eugene was making about the potential costs of the Serpstat operations. And since I am not an old sumo customer that bought the deal before, its not really my place to say but it did sour my first impression of Serpstats reputation overall.

I got the feeling that Sumlings weren't really valued as customers a "Meh Feeling" of sorts or indifference. Now its fully understandably when other users purchase the tool without looking at the description that is their fault and theirs alone, unless something is unclear in the description. You are a mixed bag for me Eugene.

Now for the tool itself, I haven't really delved much into it, I found it to be overwhelming to say the least, but I am looking forward to the exclusive appsumo webinar march 10 so I can learn more about Serpstat and how to use it effectively.

So why 4 tacos? It feels like my review is mostly negative in regards to the whole situation.

That Serpstat is a very good tool to use and worth giving it a try. Albeit when I first joined Serpstat (about some hours ago) I spoke to support and they helped me promply, no OMG support. It could be better, more nuanced, learn from Siteground's support. Look em up :D . Other than that, the chrome plugin was first in russian but it is easely fixed. Phone verify and then just apply the token, go into the russian settings in the top right and change it english. (Woooolah... No, this was not intended to be a tutorial)

But all in all, I'll look forward what I can do with Serpstat. If you yourself are uncertain about Serpstat please do read the reviews, they are very informative.
