When I first saw the deal, I thought it was SerpStat. So I was immediately disappointed. But in talking with support, I came to realize this may even be better. They are actively invested, committed to improvements, and hungry to be at the top. All the right ingredients for a better product for sumo's like us. Compared to other similar products and offerings, this is a killer deal. I was kicking myself for missing the first time around. Wasn't going to pass up the second.
Experienced some issues after I bought. I had created a trial account and didn't have access to appsumo code submission. Got in contact with support, and received immediate friendly helpful service. Got it all sorted quickly and quietly. Dangit his name eludes me now, I meant to do this yesterday and got completely sidetracked... your help and service was impeccable.
The size of the SerpWatch team was a lot larger than I expected, which only serves to boost my confidence. He also assured me, SerpWatch is committed to being the ultimate tracking utility.
Seemed to be very open and responsive to requests and suggestions for improvement.
I LOVE it when companies are supportive and progressive to the point where they treat their customers and staff like royalty, and actually care. You know the companies... they listen to your feedback, and adopt improvements where it makes sense.
