Q: So I've got a few issues that's really bothering me about this deal.
I tried out your free trial and went through the following:
1. The email to clients to login into the client portal doesn't work!
- I told Aldo, the live chat agent, that the sent email doesn't work for clients to log into. There's a button within the email to follow which leads nowhere. When I asked for the direct link to the client portal I got sent bad links that went to 404 pages.
2. The live chat icon disappears and even starts a brand new session with live chat agents.
- Basically there hubspot live chat plugin isn't compatible with the software or platform there using and no one apparently tested out the functionality with the plugin before launching this product.
3. The rank tracker doesn't work!
- Aldo told me that it takes at least an hour to generate results to which I already thought was weird but it's now been over 3 hours and it still isn't working. The same thing is true for the client accounts as well.
I ran this same test on different free trial accounts have consistently gone through the same thing!
There's good reviews here that doesn't seem to reflect what's actually happening with the product itself.
My question is why would you guys put out such a defective product without testing it first?
These are headaches waiting to happen and I want to know when will all of these bugs will be fixed?
I would assume like tomorrow since these issues literally make your product unusable.

May 15, 2024A: Hey irving6812,
Firstly, thanks for actively helping us improve the experience of all the users! We appreciate that.
I'll try to address all the issues:
1) We've just fixed it! Please, feel free to check it out now.
Thanks for the heads up!
2) I'm sorry if that causes you trouble! Most of the time, it gets the job done smoothly, but I must agree that it isn't an ideal solution.
We couldn't influence much on its performance and usability, although we're probably going to migrate soon. That's probably an example of even the big ones have some struggles :)
If any issues, feel free to contact me directly at dusan@serpwatch.io.
3) It wasn't like this when we've launched. But, even though we've tested and thought the tool would work the same, of course, that's not the exact case due to the enormously higher usage.
SerpWatch doesn't pull any data from the database, but we're crawling Google for you for each keyword's request, up to Hourly.
Therefore, we had to make some temporary changes and adjust the priority queue, so the overall experience stay as good as possible.
Because of that, it happens users wait about an hour or a few for the initial data update, but after the first one, it should go smoothly!
Regarding the speed performance of the tool, our developers are actively working on it. We're about to implement dynamic load and a few other improvements to unburden the app as much as possible and contribute the stable scalability in the future!
It won't be today, but you can expect pretty soon!
Thanks for your support and understanding! D
