I was pretty excited when I purchased my first SerpWatch code and started using it. I went back and bought 2 more codes.
After using it for a week or two, there are a few items I hope are resolved in the near future.
1) There is a feature to view the 'latest screenshot' of a keyword result. Since I've been using the app this link delivers a message that says 'no image available'. On the positive side, Support was quick to respond to my inquiry about this and assured me it will be fixed soon.

2) I also didn't realize before my purchase that Google Local (Maps) rankings are not recorded in SerpWatch. Since a lot of my clients are interested in Local rankings as much, if not more, than the ten blue links I was disappointed to see this. Again, Support replied to this inquiry and said it is on the list of features for the future.

PROS:
I really like the Google Search Console integration and how it tells you if the queries you are ranking for are being tracked or not.

I also like the email notifications you can setup and the notifications of a SERP feature placement. I think it would be awesome if it showed you want SERP features are available for each query, not just if you rank for them.

Overall though, I'm going to hang in with SERPWatch. I think there is a lot of potential here and it's still a good deal on AppSumo. It will be MORE than worth it once the Google Local rankings are added!
