2) Under "Current plan" - it shows annual premium plan (after AS code is redeemed), but there is no mention of lifetime plan. Can you please confirm that this is just a UI issue?
3) There is a mention of "Custom website" - status - eligible, what exactly is it?
4) Please leave your support email address - I will send you a very easy to implement steps to request SSL certificates for the CNAME/custom domain.
