Q: Hello from Istanbul I've got a couple of questions: 1-what is meant by 'e user seat'?
2-is your free plan similar to the deal here? I'm just asking so I can try the free plan and test the features before buying the deal (I'm aware that with the free one I can only send to 20 students, I'm just asking but the features like certificate design and certificate verification page).

May 15, 2024A: Hello Ahmad, you can try out all features except the white-labeling features offered by stacking 10 codes here. User seat means the number of different email addresses that can access to your Sertifier account to send certificates.
