The Idea is great, I like the designs of the certificates and there is a lot of good things to say about Sertifier. But well, sadly I can´t use it at the moment and I want to point out the reasons:

1. eMails can´t be changed
The existing text can be choosen between english and turkish, that´s it. My company is based in germany and I want to use my own text and to be forced to send english default-text to my participants.

2. The "Skills" are terrible
The concept of "Skills" could be good, but it seems like the Skill-Database is filled with weired stuff, again not in my language. As long as I can´t add the skills I want to have in I would like to just skip the Skill-Section ... but it´s mandatory to choose at least one skill. Why the hell do you block skipping this part?

3. For sending out certificates I need to sent them "to a list". But nowhere in the whole software I find a place where I can create or manage a list. The onliest place where I can add persons to recieve a certificate is at the end of the sending-process, just before sending them out. But even after adding somebody there, I don´t see a place to review a list, to name a list or to manage anything on those lists, as I can´t open a place with "lists".

4. When sending out a certificate unfortunatelly there is some information added to the cert that I don´t want to have. Stuff like "price" and "level" are just things I don´t want to have there. And I can´t modify them. They are not shown in the designer, but they are shown in the cert that is sent out. In english. Not changable. And ... with those damend "skills" that don´t fit my needs. Why can´t I just turn this stuff off???

5. The registration-process itself is frustrating. You have to enter your phone and it needs to be a mobile. Why the hell do they need my phone-number?

However, if you work with "Skills" and theire Skills match to your neccecary Skills, if you need the certs only in english or turkish and if you don´t care so much about non-managable user-lists the software is really great.

I would love to see some more freedom in terms of designs and text as well as a smoother process, but in the moment unfortunatelly I don´t see a way to use the software because of those limitations. Which is sad, I would love to!
