Sumolings have lost recorded meetings, client session data, and core functionalities. Video conferencing is unstable and, therefore, unusable.
The platform's stability is deteriorating daily. The core functions are not working as they once did.
With Sessions support now closed, the platform is going to remain unusable.

Yes, we have also faced the same issues for a week and no reply. I have purchased their Tier 5. I have no choice and now need to buy Zoom again to run the operations.

The app is no longer functional. Room links do not work anymore (I had calls today that we had to switch to a paid Zoom account) and recordings are not accessible. Sadly, I have to agree with the statement above - Sessions appears to be no longer usable.
