What happens if you missed the deadline to request a refund? I went to add this to a new purchase and it was not working. There is a note that says I would have had to send a request by 1/30/25!!
You can't refund anymore sadly, I think you only have 1 year's worth of time to request a refund/contact support if the platform shuts down. Maybe you can try contacting support and see what they can do for you :(

I feel the same way. I never received an alert about the company going out of business. This seems to be happening more frequently than I would expect. I wonder if there’s a way for AppSumo to be more selective regarding the sellers' ability to support their products. We trust AppSumo, and that trust should not be broken.
