Q: RE: Addressing Current Sessions Concerns
It's been a week or so I cannot use this app. It is a great product if it works. If it doesn't work, you should probably seek for return the money and get our money back. The founder of Sessions was asking for money on LinkedIn, by giving out LTD accounts. And I thought that I should support them. But now, he went completely dark. So I think it's time to do something.

I'm having the same problems. I have a three level license, I have the desktop app on my Windows computer too. As of today, I'm not able to access the portal from either the desktop nor online. There sales page in on the web, but when I try to login with their link... I get a blank page. Same with desktop.

I was about to write a review, but I can't write one because I had exactly the same thoughts.
It was a great app, and I was happy in the beginning... Now, all those bugs and errors, but no support, no Slack, no one to reach out to. This has been going on for 2 months, but now this week it's not working at all, as if they pulled the plug....

They have a huge market for online interactions. Because I have a level three license , I was able to rebrand and planned to work in conjunction with my own consulting business, sell Sessions to clients.
I've noticed that they keep coming back to AppSumo for new subscribers. That's not a good thing because it limits their reach to a bigger market for their SAAS tool. Hopefully it just maintenance
