No sync to Calendar - rendered useless
All client communications and workflows are tied to Sessions.
Over the past few weeks, I've noticed the product is not responding as it once did. I had a client book using my Session link but the appointment did not push to my main calendar (Google Workspace) and therefore I completely missed it.
Currently, I am in negotiations with a new client and was going to send a link to book. Thank goodness I checked! It has me showing as completely available all week when I am very much so NOT available.
I tried disconnecting my Google Calendar but now get an error when doing so.
I've reached out to Support but am not holding my breath.
I'm so annoyed I'll have to re-work entire workflows and published documents containing any Session links. Not what I had planned at a month-end.
