Twice I have tried to run a webinar through sessions for a critical portion of mt business and their system just flat out doesn't work. I currently have a webinar scheduled for tomorrow and now can't even login to sessions to get the email information for my guests to try and move them to another platform. Most of the time I have tried to use their help they flat out ignore me. I've sent 2 emails and only get an autoresponse that they will get it in 48 hours, which will be way too late and yet another webinar where I end up accidentally not showing up for those who signed up because I can't even get in to the platform. I deeply regret signing up for their highest tier here and will probably also not use App Sumo again because of it either. I'm literally in tears today because of this.
