This platform was a keeper. A great buy. But the minute I saw them trying to push a 'new' AI (AI is new for about 3 minutes, then it's old) I knew they had a problem. Because they are developers, not marketers, they start building a new platform instead of selling the heck out of what they have, which was a great piece of kit. What they should have done ( from 20 years of experience) is look for financial partners in Private Equity or other investor networks. They have/had a viable product that people paid for and were using, that's all investors want to see, before they put in their cash. Going back to the existing user base made very little sense. We all had what we needed. Is is a real shame that they have now started ignoring their user base in terms of support or updates. These users could be their next supporters. They did just about everything wrong.
