Q: No one's active at live chat?

A: Agents are on much more frequently, we just don't share when someone is online or not at the moment. A lot of users received support via chat :)

Actually crisp already shows when the support was last active.
I also tried getting support via live chat twice. :)

Crisp also has the option to keep the agents invisible and that's what we used. We processed all the support tickets and everyone got an answer, are you sure you used the chat? If yes, which name/email address? :)
