Q: What exactly is SharpAPI?
The idea is good, but I don’t see its utility for me. From what I understand, it’s not possible to create my own APIs, leaving me limited to the ones available in the marketplace. This doesn’t make much sense, as the listed APIs could easily be generated directly through OpenAI by requesting the JSON schema.
How do you see this? What exactly is SharpAPI? A marketplace of pre-built APIs where users can’t create their own, similar to other existing API marketplaces?
Why do you believe SharpAPI is as simple as described on your site and in your responses to AppSumo members?
I’m trying to understand if I’m SharpAPI’s target audience. I use other API marketplaces but haven’t noticed any clear advantages in SharpAPI.

Edited Dec 8, 2024A: Hi! SharpAPI is an API-powered workflow automation platform. We’re not an API marketplace, but we’re a natural partner for marketplaces like ApyHub, AllThingsDev, and ApyFlux, which act as our resellers.
SharpAPI currently offers a pre-defined set of workflows that grow every month. We’re still a young startup in the market discovery phase, constantly evolving and expanding our offerings.

If SharpAPI doesn’t currently fit your business needs, then it might not be the right tool for you at this stage—and that’s okay! No product can meet every customer’s requirements. That said, we’re continuously developing new workflows, so perhaps a few months down the road, something we offer will spark your interest again.
