Q: Users
I run a small marketing business and I want my client to be a user. My client has multiple people working for them, instead of person having their own user account, I want to create one user account for the client that all his employees will have access to. I understand that they will have the user name and password. Does it violate your terms to share a user account instead of creating an individual user account for each individual?

Sharing a single account across your client's team doesn't violate our current terms — so technically you're free to do it. That said, we'd gently recommend against it for a few practical reasons:
— No accurate user tracking — you won't be able to see who's actually working on what, which gets tricky when managing pipeline flow and accountability;
— Personal settings get shared — emails, integrations, and API keys connected to that account will be visible and accessible to everyone logged in;
— Pipeline accountability breaks down — when multiple people share one account, you lose visibility into who moved a lead, updated a status, or closed a deal.
The cleaner path is creating a separate user account for each team member — it keeps everything organized, secure, and trackable. Given that your Tier includes multiple users, it's worth using that structure from the start.
Hope that helps 😊
