What features (specifically) are a part of the AppSumo deal, and what features have to be paid extra for?

The higher packages would give more quantities for some of the features. Like more reports per month.

Ok, so which aren't? If I max out on the AS deal, will I be missing anything compared to the subscription through your site?

The weekly collection of up to 5 competitors (though you can still check their backlinks and keywords on demand).
Another one is rendering of javascript code in your content (we only give that in our pro license).
Other than that, it is all a matter of limits.
