Q: I've purchased one tier but once I've finished working on the site I want to delete it and replace with another one.
How do I do this?

You'll the second tier if you intend to use it for multiple websites.

If I purchase tier 2, will I be able to swap those websites out for other ones when I've finished working on them or is it the same again? I'm not always going to be working with the same clients so once finish working wiht them want to delete and add a new one in. Will I be able to do this?

Yes, you can swap. But there is a monthly limit on swaps, preventing someone using a 2 domains account for 10 domains each month...
