So grateful rapid help. please app sumo learn from this honest & moral company! as a plus members cause sumo stole 1000+ products & 2 year Take a lesson from these startups that shine! app sumo steals 1000+ wont help

Unlike app sumo customer support, I was wrong and missed the email and feel so bad they offered help immediately. I'm so sorry I missed it and took out the frustration by being screwed over 1000 and no support from app sumo out on this amazing company!

this is a cool program I'm still learning how to use but has great features!

Its to bad when good comapny's who care about customer service and realize its not 2-5 day time any customer wants to wait and unfortinatly thats if your lucky for app sumo! as a plus member, Previous Briefcase member I'm so livid with app sumo and I'm going to keep blasting their terrible service till they realize ignoring me or responding by implying I didn't read your message when I did because; Funny was she didn't read mine oh I mean she thought mind games were going to fool me. They don't want to fix a huge scam on me where the briefcase membership was a scam and lie as well as to charge me a month early for a canceled membership as they also don't provide support unless you're trying to offer money just pretend to get help! A month early i was livid at no help or accurate product they renewed less then an hour after reading that I was canceling as its a sham and no customer service. I tracked the opening but asap as they read i canceled they charged me early for renew membership never responded to request for refund and its been 2 years of their games. I expect them to fix and will not stop only get worse and more public. this company is greedy only money matters no concern to help! 4 months afer finally getting someone to promise it will be fixed is responding every few weeks but keeps saying same thing regardless It was clear that I said they took 1000+ in products I paid for lifetime memberships for several years. As a disabled trauma surviver and working on a nonprofit to save young kids lives they kept family from eating a few days by stealing money I canceled and then disabled count for no reason but cause I was non stop requesting help that never came! now they are all about explaining the obvious that would excuse not refunding my money but they keep blowing off the stolen charge for the false product i canceled and justifying why 1000+ in products bought most before the briefcase membership so I have clearly said i want my products fixed and to be compensated for time and the inability to use or even clam a few so suddenly when they deactivatd cause I sent dozens of help requests after a month of trying once or twice a week adn calling ect! however they said my products I paid for a lTD on were rentals? thats how briefcase works! yep I know but i then took time to clearly again say it was not the products on briefcase but after over 2 weeks they responded i must have not read her message and said same thing. omg its so upsetting!

I'm so thankful to this great company to be an example of what promise to solve problems was done. Please teach app sumo the concept b/c they need it!
