We like what you offered, bought, setup 1st site on our custom domain. Then went to setup on your published website option, but gave us an error "You have reached the limit of your service plan"

Confused, as we had planned to put the 1 site on our custom domain, and then the published one (on your sub-domain) as our dev/staging version. This allows us to work on the design and content, before putting it live on the main site. As your system doesn't really give any other way to "design/dev" the site without replacing everything.

Maybe this is a user error, system error, or maybe we missed totally where your staging option is for us to build and expand things without messing around with the live site till we're ready.
