Q: Why Is Sheetany Support Not Resolving Critical Issues for Tier 3 Users?

I am a Tier 3 user (June 2025) running a content-heavy blog on Sheetany. After scaling to several hundred posts, the platform became unusable: post pages broke, chronological order was corrupted, and both automatic and manual sync stopped working entirely.

My question is simple: why is there no effective support for critical issues?

I reported these problems multiple times over several weeks, but received only generic advice that did not resolve anything. Why are serious, blocking issues left without real solutions or proper assistance?

First of all, I sincerely apologize for the delay in getting back to you and for the frustration this issue has caused.

I completely understand how serious this is, especially when your site has grown to several hundred posts and both the post pages and sync process are no longer working as expected. This is not the experience we want any Sheetany customer, especially a Tier 3 user, to have.

We are currently working on fixing the issues you reported, along with other important improvements requested by customers. To be honest, the number of requests and technical issues has been quite high recently, and we have not been able to respond or ship updates as quickly as we should have. I’m truly sorry for that.

Please know that your issue is not being ignored. We are actively reviewing it and will do our best to resolve it as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience, and again, I’m sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
