Can this be set up?
I work in a recruiting department where hundreds of changes are happening every day. Resulting workflows need to be immediate. For example, I may decide I like a candidate, so mark the sheet that I will invite him, which triggers an email, the candidate gets transferred to another sheet where my team is watching, the candidate responds and the interview sheet gets updated, a calendar event is created, a folder and associated doc are created in Google drive with data from the sheet, I interview the candidate, complete the doc about the candidate, certain data get transferred to another sheet, and our internal applicant tracking software gets updated. This may all need to happen with very fast turn around.
Please let me know whether this type of workflow is possible. Also, I see that I can do a trial on the website. If I do that, will I still be able to purchase here?

Sure, let me clarify that a bit for you. In our normal plans, you can buy a Team license for as much people as necessary. In the AppSumo license, you will have to get 2 Team licenses for 12 people each to cover your entire team. Inside your team, the owner/manager can distribute the transfer credits to the different members.
This would only make sense though if you need each and everyone of your team to edit and update the workflows and its connections. If there's people on your team that have enough with just visualization access, they can just get a free Sheetgo license and you can share the workflows with them.
You can for sure get started on your own and then simply contact our support team whenever you are ready to involve the team!

This is an excellent use case for Sheetgo. Our tool can pretty much do everything for you, except automatically creating a Calendar event, but for that you could use another tool (like Calendly for example) and simply add the specific link in one of our emails to your candidates.

Thank you for your response. I work with a team of 25 or so people. I haven't seen how these plans apply to teams. Would you please elaborate on number of users allowed on plans?
Also I am not likely to sign up my team without having tried the program out on my own. Will I be able to change the plan later?
