Q: Is there a way we can remove dependency of sherlock desktop app installing
We are facing issue where candidate are not comforatable for installation of desktop app of sherlock. Is there any alternative that it works without app installation and work via webrtc.

A: Sherlock no longer mandates an install. You can select "Only-detect" mode when adding Sherlock to your interview meeting and it won't ask candidate to install Sherlock. Check it out.

Q: Why is Activate Your License via magic link not working?
How do you activate the license when starting Sherlock Al if it doesn't work? The link with the form is filled out, but it gets stuck and there is no registration email.

Q: Why are Tier 1 users limited to 10 sessions/month and Tier 2 to only 25?
These limits may suit hobbyists experimenting, but they are far too restrictive for serious businesses trying to build strong teams. Screening only 10–25 candidates per month is unrealistic and undermines Sherlock AI’s credibility as a professional hiring solution. 2. Sherlock is used widely by several hiring organisations, our intention to launch on AS is not to make money rather launch on as many channels as possible to ace distribution. In the process help users access a powerful AI technology for remote integrity.
If you use AI glasses, Sherlock can't detect or hear. I can read from the glasses and watch directly to the camera. How about this? Can Sherlock handle this?

A: We're currently researching about AI glasses and modalities around its mis-use.
It's not hard for computer vision to detect glasses and then ask users to show a 360 degree view of it to detect if its an AI Glass or not.

It has eyes, brain and ears to distinguish an intentional cheater from the honest ones.
1. How is the option to club 10 tier2 deals commercial feasible than say 2 tier2 deals? Not going to lie this is ringing greed.
2. How does Sherlock AI detect employees tabs and what they have opened in background? Do the interviewees have to install something from Sherlock first?
3. Can't we just use an intervew platform that works exclusively on full screen and does not even allow using tabs, rendering the Sherlock service unnecessary?
4. What happens when early access ends in a few days?

A: 1) The reason is about balancing costs and usage patterns, not squeezing buyers. Sherlock runs on infra that incurs a fixed cost whether or not every interview slot is used. We're assuming many customers won’t consume 100% of their allotment right away. When customers commit to a larger volume upfront, it creates predictable revenue, allows us to subsidize early adopters with deeper discounts....
Man, I possibly can't afford 10 codes. I have already purchased a tier2 though. So lets gooo! Though if you allow me to club I can buy a few more as well haha. I think you should just go crazy and allow to club and see kind of sales you get, no?
