IkasQ: Why are Tier 1 users limited to 10 sessions/month and Tier 2 to only 25?
These limits may suit hobbyists experimenting, but they are far too restrictive for serious businesses trying to build strong teams. Screening only 10–25 candidates per month is unrealistic and undermines Sherlock AI’s credibility as a professional hiring solution. Even non-serious businesses wouldn’t find value in such a small number of interviews. Was this product truly designed with professional workflows in mind, or only for light users? If so, it risks being dismissed entirely.
Would you reconsider raising or removing session limits so Sherlock can deliver genuine value, scale effectively, and provide measurable ROI to serious users? I’d recommend leveraging the AppSumo audience to refine Sherlock AI, not as a revenue stream, and the limits as they stand make that very difficult.
