1. Yes, ShopEngine is compatible with the Neve Theme. If you plan to use the Gutenberg block editor, we recommend using the Neve FSE Theme.
2. Currently, we don't have an option to add product videos from remote URLs instead of images. However, we're always open to new ideas! We encourage you to submit a feature request here: https://wpmet.com/plugin/shopengine/roadmaps/
