It is not SaaS that we are purchasing at Appsumpo
Unfortunately, it was not clear prior to purchase if this was not a SAAS products that we are purchasing on Appsumo. I purchased 3 codes thinking it to be a SaaS app I am purchasing like every other ecommerce app offered on appsumo.
During setup I realized I needed cpanel or maual install on my server and this is not something I was made aware when reading through product page on appsumo.
Vendor requires additional payent in order to host it with them which is not what I wanted to pay on top of 3 codes I already purchased on appsumo.
I am sure app is likely good with what it does however I needed true SaaS and not an installable plugin to wordpress which it turns out to be.
Sorry, gonna refund it now. Wish vendor was more clear about what they were selling is wordpress plugin and not SaaS.

Sorry to hear about your confusion. ShopFunnels is a product you need to host and we have made that clear in several places.
Now hosting is really cheap. You can get started as low as $2 per month.
The reason why we didn't make it a 'SAAS' as you call it.
- They lock you down. You have to mandatorily pay them every month. For example if you don't pay $97 a month to Shopify, your store dies. Even if you want to take a break you can't. With ShopFunnels your costs are always low.
- They have risky infra. You've heard of 'downtimes'. It happens because you are on a shared infra with 10000s of others. Anytime someone else is DDOSed, you are DDOSed.
- Your stores are not secure enough. With a reverse DNS anyone can find you and steal your marketing. That's why you find so easily 'shopify database' online.
- Your data is their property. They know who came to your store, what they bought. You have to trust them with everything and hope for best. Are you ready to give your data to big tech?
Shopfunnels is better because it puts you in charge. It's made to keep your interest ahead.
